Biopharma Commercial Strategy Consultants Merging the Worlds of Biopharma & Technology
Founder & CEO
Letter from Our Founder
It has often been said, life experience shapes who you are and where you focus your passions. Growing up in a large family with many siblings and different points of view, I learned early the value of navigating the inevitable day-to-day chaos to get to a place of resolution to keep moving forward!
I have applied this learning in my career, helping biopharma leaders understand that “commercialization is a mindset,” represented by an organization-wide effort to bring their innovative medicines to market.
After decades of work with hundreds of clients, I’ve witnessed the fragmented commercialization planning process and how it bogs down early- to mid-stage companies that have yet to build their internal capabilities.
As an entrepreneur, I knew there has to be a better way.
What if…
- There was a way to create a roadmap that is completely aligned with your company, product, and strategy?
- It was possible to create a budget and workforce plan from your own unique roadmap?
- This platform was designed with you in mind and was affordable for your company size and budget?
- You could utilize this platform on your own, or across your company, as a single source of truth?
At Corval®, we have turned these “what ifs” into a cloud-based commercialization platform that will guide your strategic planning and lead you from the clinic to the market—freeing you up to think bigger and drive innovation for the patients you are committed to serving.
OUR MISSION
Deliver an end-to-end ecosystem that guides biopharma companies through the commercialization process by leveraging decades of strategic commercialization expertise with innovative technology and expert consulting services to deliver a lower-cost, higher-value, single-source solution for long-term success.
The old models for developing a strategic biopharma commercialization plan are fragmented. When companies attempt to do it themselves, the results can vary greatly depending on the experience and expertise of the team. This approach also requires significant resources to update and maintain, with a risk of bias affecting the outcomes.
Engaging service providers, while potentially beneficial, comes with its own set of challenges as the process is often confusing, time-consuming, and costly. The output from service providers is often a point-in-time assessment that quickly becomes outdated, and it does not build internal capability, making future updates challenging.
Another option—doing nothing—can result in missing key activities, creating difficulties in catching up later, and increasing the risk that the asset will not meet the needs of the company or patients.
Our Intelligent Platform Offers an Innovative Approach
Biopharma companies and their investors—as well as patients—will benefit from embracing a fresh approach utilizing innovative, cost- and time-saving technology. Using a technology tool for strategic commercialization planning can be more impactful, as it offers ongoing updates and support.
- Starts early and takes a broader, more strategic view to make sure you have the right data, talent, and capabilities in place at the right time. This ensures maximum value of your asset can be achieved.
- Brings decades of commercialization expertise and 75,000+ data points into a sole, elegant interface that provides a single source of truth.
- Puts the power in your hands—a preliminary pharma commercialization plan is ready to use within hours.
- Evolves as data and insights emerge to easily create board/investor reports, onboard new teams, and handle expanding or shifting priorities.
