Biopharma Commercial Strategy Consultants Merging the Worlds of Biopharma & Technology

Founder & CEO
Letter from Our Founder
It has often been said that life experience shapes who you are and where you focus your passions. When we first developed Corval® in 2020, we introduced a disruptive digital solution to enable early-to-mid-stage biopharma companies to develop a commercialization roadmap, budget, and hiring plan in record time. Our deep industry and tech experience helped us create a tool that delivered what we said it would provide.
Since then, there has been a dramatic shift in how work is done post-pandemic, the constraints on the biopharma ecosystem due to inflation and higher cost of capital, and the significant, but not yet understood, implications of introducing AI.
The benefit of life experience has allowed us to learn from team members, our customers who utilized the platform, and numerous experts who provided feedback.
What continues to drive us:
- Integrated commercialization planning remains critical for companies to deliver on their vision of serving patients. Many obstacles exist on the path from the clinic to the market, and it is essential to recognize and address them.
- Biopharma has high technology aspirations, but technology adoption remains challenging and slow. Adaptable human support and expertise are part of the total solution.
- Multiple stakeholders influence and impact the multi-year, multi-dimensional commercialization plan and need a reliable platform to house the single source of truth. Many stakeholders don’t know the full extent of what is required to bring a drug from development through launch and benefit from a trusted guide.
Life experiences have continued to focus our passions on delivering an evolving, innovative solution during these changing times. We are customer-focused and continuously monitor industry and customer trends.
What we commit to deliver:
- Corval is a disruptive solution built by biopharma industry experts who understand what is needed now and how often the planning horizon changes. Interdependencies and ease of updates are essential.
- By responding to the “voice of the customer” and re-architecting the platform, Corval creates a fully integrated commercialization solution that extends through launch and provides the customer complete control.
- Corval benefits emerging biopharma companies and the service providers that support them in the journey to market from Phase 1 through launch with a multi-year, multi-dimensional solution designed specifically for them.
I am grateful to the many team members, advisors, and experts who have shared their talents, insights, and ideas with us so that we can continue to evolve.
I am also grateful to all the customers who trusted us in the early years and excited to serve them and future customers with the newly enhanced Corval solution!

OUR MISSION
Deliver an end-to-end ecosystem that guides biopharma companies through the commercialization process by leveraging decades of strategic commercialization expertise with innovative technology and expert consulting services to deliver a lower-cost, higher-value, single-source solution for long-term success.
